Manager, Procurement Comm Categories

The Manager of ProcurementCommercial Categoriesand Business engagementis responsible forthe leadership of Procurement activitiesacross(TECA & S&S)services spend categories driving alignment between business and category strategies. The leader willexecute strategic business and industry engagement toestablisha reliableresilientand effective supply base for the company. This individual willalso be tasked with end-to-end spend management responsibilitiesin partnership with their peersincluding but not limited to Category Management Supplier Management Sourcing Contracting and Innovation.

This leader willbe accountabletodeliveringaggressive financial targets includingcostand working capital improvement. Further the leader will deliver against a balanced value proposition including innovation environmental social and corporate governance (ESG) and procurement process excellence.

Determinethe business needs in the categories and devise Procurement strategies to advance those priorities.Identifyindustry trends that Procurement must build into its category strategies to ensure sustainable relevance to the business

KeyResponsibilities:

• Leadthe development ofthecategoriestoestablisha world class organization and supply base thattheDPSCompany canleverageto create a competitive advantage

• Align category strategies with the company strategy and goals

• Deliver financial ESG service and innovation targets

• Steward financial policy and responsible supplier and procurement standards

• Leverage and maximize fit for purpose procurement process solutions including theutilizationof world class digital solutions use of business process outsourcing and deployment of internal resources

• Engage with executive leadership in key supplier relationships

• Cultivate a culture of diversityequityand inclusion

• Benchmark industry best practices and continuously advance procurement capabilities

• Orchestrate the delivery of procurement services amongst the commercial organization through close collaboration and partnership

• Understand long-range requirements of the business and engage in strategic planning and collaboration to ensure Procurement alignment to those requirements.

• Engage with business partners and stakeholders to shape business partner strategies andprovideexternal market insights.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree is an MBA or other advanced degree is strongly preferred

• A minimum of5years of working experience in procurement ora relateddiscipline is

• Comprehensive knowledge ofTECA and S&Sindustry is

• Demonstrated leadership and deployment of best practices inESGstrategiesis

• Leadership communication influencing and collaboration skills are

• Experience inidentifyingand harnessing customer oriented innovative solutions is

• Proventrack recorddelivering against a balanced portfolio of key performance indicators (KPIs) is

• Ability to influence and understand the diverse needs of stakeholders (e.g. Supply Chain EH&S) is

• Travel up to 10% domestic & international may be

Preferred Requirements/Competencies:

• MBA or other advanceddegreeis preferred

• Experience in thefast movingconsumer goods industry preferred

• Demonstrated experience leading teams through organizational transformation is preferred
