About the Role:

In this position you will:

• Answer a multi-line phone system

• Maintain and update the company database and calendars

• Act as the office liaison connecting departments vendors and staff members

• General office tasks including but not limited to: filing making job packets reminder phone calls distributing mail welcoming incoming customers and visitors office supply inventory and cleaning the front area

Key Qualifications:

• Previous administrative or clerical experience

• Microsoft Office proficiency

• Strong attention to detail

• Strong verbal communications skills

• Ability and desire to learn new things

• Willingness to go the extra mile!
