Job Summary
We are looking for a hardworking mechanically inclined individual to join our maintenance and operations team as a Production Support Technician. This hands-on role supports equipment maintenance facility upkeep production operations and general site support throughout our precast concrete manufacturing facility.
What Youll Do
- Assist with preventative maintenance and minor mechanical repairs on equipment and vehicles
- Help troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues
- Operate heavy equipment and support material handling operations
- Perform general labor tasks including clean-up site organization and assisting skilled trades
- Support shop projects equipment repairs and facility maintenance
- Pick up materials and supplies from local vendors when needed
- Maintain a clean safe and organized work environment
What Were Looking For
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Experience with construction maintenance equipment operation or general labor preferred
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship
- Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Frequent climbing kneeling bending squatting and standing throughout the workday
