Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and run the category and scale it to the next level (grow the category from X to 5X or
10X).
Cross functional coordination with the internal teams and ensuring high performance.
Own the category performance analyze business data and identify areas for improvement.
Revenue Management as per business projection achieve the GMV numbers.
Ensuring seamless patient experience by liaising with various internal teams.
Liaison with multiple stakeholders like - Concierge Product Marketing Operations and finance to
execute daily operations/tasks.
Ensuring the overall category performance condition-wise.
Design business projections and develop operational metrics to measure process efficiency.
Develop operational excellence to meet business goals.
Job Requirements:
5 years of experience in Business Development
Extremely data-driven and result oriented think out of the box to bring extreme value for excellent
patient experience.
Excellent Leadership problem-solving & communication skills.
Fair understanding and skills to develop unstructured demand channels and balance with supply.
Strong Negotiation and deal closing abilities.
Preferably done zero to one and have built categories
