Job Title: Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Long-Term Care

Duration: 13 Weeks (Extension Possible)

Schedule Options:

• 3x12s (Night Shift Variable Start Times)
• 4x10s or 5x8s (Based on clinician preference)

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week (up to 48 hours based on facility needs)

Compensation: $1750 $2098 per week (based on experience)

Position Overview

A reputable healthcare facility is seeking a dependable and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a travel assignment in a long-term care (LTC) setting. This role involves providing direct patient care medication administration and supporting residents with chronic and long-term health conditions during night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with physician orders
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the supervising RN or physician
• Provide comprehensive care to residents including geriatric and pulmonary patients
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including hygiene mobility and feeding
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Follow infection control guidelines and facility safety protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care
• Respond promptly to patient needs and ensure safety during night shifts

Required Qualifications

• Active LPN License (Nebraska or Compact State License)
• Experience in long-term care (LTC) preferred
• Ability to work night shifts consistently
• Strong clinical and patient care skills
• BLS Certification required or preferred per facility guidelines
