Position: Senior Full Stack OutSystems Developer
Location: Relocation Opportunity (Onsite Oman)

KalSoft Oman is currently looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack OutSystems Developerwith strong expertise in on-premise OutSystems development and deployment. This role is ideal for professionals who have a solid technical background in low-code platforms front-end technologies and enterprise application development and are capable of leading end-to-end solution design development and implementation while ensuring quality performance and adherence to best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as techno-functional focal point for the engagement.
• Understand and document requirements; lead design and of solutions as per OutSystems best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design develop and test software features.
• Develop and maintain web and mobile applications using OutSystems low-code platform on-premise.
• Write clean reusable and well-documented code.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications as needed.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging forge components in low-code development and web development pertaining to OutSystems and OIA requirements.
• Perform training knowledge sharing and handover to OIA internal staff as required.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Software Engineering or similar
• Strong technical background in on-premise OutSystems deployment along with experience in front-end development technologies including HTML CSS JavaScript and Angular
• 3 years of experience in on-premise OutSystems development and deployment using agile methodologies
• 3 years of technical knowledge of OutSystems platform and associated technologies including Service Center Deployment Controller LifeTime and Agile Platform
• Relevant OutSystems certifications
• 6 years of experience with C# (traditional form-based applications and MVC is a plus)
• Ability to write clean efficient and maintainable code with knowledge of TFS or other DevOps tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• 3 years of expert-level techno-functional capability to translate business requirements into OutSystems technical design
• Strong attention to detail troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Professional experience writing complex SQL queries (mainly for MS SQL Server and Oracle)
• Strong understanding of front-end and back-end High Availability and Disaster Recovery operations and maintenance (e.g. Microsoft SQL Server Database Availability Groups NLB-based front-end load balancing)
