Sr Customer Service Agent (Portuguese speaker)

Ecolab is seeking a Senior Customer Service Agent I to join our team in Budapest Hungary. In this role you will be a trusted partner for our customers and internal teams managing orders and resolving issues with professionalism and efficiency.

What You Will Do

• Morning tasks: Process orders using the order management application.
• Afternoon tasks: Support local team activities - Handle inbound calls and respond to emails related to delivery notes COAs invoicing and order claims.
• Accept and process transactions in SAP/CRM.
• Confirm orders and check shipment status.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues in the Order-to-Cash cycle.
• Meet daily and monthly targets for deadlines and order quality.

What You Will Need

• Native Portuguese speaker
• Advanced English (C1).
• Spanish preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset and professional written communication.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (preferred).
• Experience with SAP or Customer Service software (advantage).
• No immigration sponsorship offered for this role.
