Job Title: MRI Technologist
Location: Greenville SC
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join an outpatient radiology team. This role involves performing high-quality MRI imaging procedures using advanced equipment while ensuring patient safety comfort and accurate diagnostic results. The MRI Tech will work closely with radiologists and clinical staff in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MRI scans according to physician orders and established protocols.
- Ensure proper patient positioning and safety during imaging procedures.
- Operate Siemens Magnetom Altea 1.5T MRI equipment.
- Review imaging quality and ensure diagnostic accuracy.
- Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC system.
- Follow all radiation safety and MRI safety protocols.
- Provide excellent patient care and communication throughout procedures.
Job Details:
- Shift: Day shift 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 AM 7:00 PM)
- Weekly Hours: 36 hours
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year EPIC experience required
- One of the following required:
- ARRT (R) and ARRT (MRI) OR
- ARRT (MRI) certified OR
- ARMRIT certification (American Registry of MRI Technologists)
- BLS certification required
- First-time travelers may be considered based on facility need
