We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join an outpatient radiology team. This role involves performing high-quality MRI imaging procedures using advanced equipment while ensuring patient safety comfort and accurate diagnostic results. The MRI Tech will work closely with radiologists and clinical staff in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform MRI scans according to physician orders and established protocols.
Ensure proper patient positioning and safety during imaging procedures.
Review imaging quality and ensure diagnostic accuracy.
Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC system.
Follow all radiation safety and MRI safety protocols.
Provide excellent patient care and communication throughout procedures.
Job Details:
Shift: Day shift 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 AM 7:00 PM)
Weekly Hours: 36 hours
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year EPIC experience required
One of the following required:
ARRT (R) and ARRT (MRI) OR
ARRT (MRI) certified OR
ARMRIT certification (American Registry of MRI Technologists)
BLS certification required
