Duties and Responsibilities

• Create and maintain an unbiased 18-24 month rolling demand forecasts by integrating internal domain knowledge (Sales Marketing) and external inputs (Customer Forecasts Customer Inventories POS Data)

• Enhance predictive forecast accuracy by incorporating domain and business knowledge into baselines forecasts (market trends product lifecycle events)

• Manage the customer forecast integration process including establishing and maintaining guidelines (time fences data standards etc.) and ensuring effective integration of internal inputs

• Liaise across departments to improve customer forecasts and identify upcoming events that may impact demand projections

• Lead Demand Review meetings and contribute to sales and operations planning including forecast alignment target setting and ongoing demand review discussions

Knowledge and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree with 5-10 years of experience in demand planning sales operations or a related field

• Strong understanding of forecast methodologies market trends and demand planning principles

• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using statistical and forecasting tools

• Experience working cross-functionally to translate business insights into accurate demand plans

The annual salary for this job ranges from:

STEMCELL determines an individuals pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience education job-related skills and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company addition to base salary STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits retirement savings and more.
