Leads and manages human and economic resources to ensure for assigned business or location(s) to ensure that programs are executed timely and within cost budgets. Provides hiring promotion and disciplinary action recommendations as well as performance evaluation and feedback for direct reports.Nationality Requirements
Candidates must be eligible to obtain the relevant security clearance required for the role due to the nature of the programmes we deliver for our customers.
Job Description
Drives actions to ensure the effectiveness of the Program Management teams to deliver to cost schedule and technical requirements for the assigned site or assigned programs. Supports program teams as mentor in support of achieving their respective responsibilities. Liaisons with multiple functions within the site to identify process improvement opportunities. Escalates business execution issues to functional leadership for adjustments to human resources processes commodities and and maintains positive relationship with Customers and Sponsors to ensure alignment and support.Typically a Master Degree (or equivalent) in a related field and 10 years of related experience in program management or multiple functions working with program be required to maintain security clearanceDiverse & Inclusive Employer
