Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and helping clients find their dream homes. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and professional Receptionist to join our team.

Contract Details:

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The contract will be for a minimum of one year with the potential for extension based on performance.

Job Description:

As a Receptionist at Jonesbororealtycompany you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Your main responsibility will be to greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. You will also be responsible for managing the reception area answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department or individual.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner

Answer and direct incoming phone calls

Manage the reception area ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times

Maintain the visitor log and issue visitor badges

Receive and sort incoming mail and packages

Assist with administrative tasks such as filing data entry and photocopying

Schedule appointments and maintain the companys calendar

Handle inquiries and provide information about the companys services

Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth flow of communication and operations

Perform other duties as assigned by the management team

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Professional demeanor and appearance

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
