Commercial Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly capable Commercial Finance Manager to join a dynamic property development business acting as a key finance business partner to support strategic decision-making project performance tracking and overall financial control.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving profitability cost efficiency and financial discipline across development projects and corporate finance functions.

• Act as a Financial Controller ensuring strong financial governance and control across the business
• Serve as a Business Partner (BP Finance) to support project teams commercial teams and senior management
• Oversee end-to-end financial reporting ensuring accuracy timeliness and compliance
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis on project performance margins costs and profitability
• Lead budgeting forecasting and financial planning for property development projects and corporate operations
• Monitor project feasibility cost control and cash flow management
• Provide actionable financial insights to support investment decisions and business expansion
• Strengthen internal controls and support audit and compliance requirements
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting systems

• Bachelors Degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field
  
• 58 years of experience in Finance FP&A or Financial Controller roles
• Strong experience in Financial Controller or senior finance leadership roles
• Proven background in Property Development Construction or Real Estate industry (preferred)
• Strong expertise in Business Partnering (BP Finance)
• Solid experience in financial reporting budgeting and forecasting
• Strong capability in financial analysis and project profitability evaluation
• Good understanding of project cost control cash flow and feasibility analysis
• Strong analytical thinking with excellent stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced project-driven environment
