We are recruiting fora COO Delivery & Performance Managerto join ourChief Operating Officers team.This isa greatopportunityfor someonewho has strong experience in business managementand has worked in aCOO/CTO office PMO or strategy roles.

Whetheritsoptimising key processes managing relationships with strategic partners launching innovative new products or onboarding clients seamlessly every project is an opportunity to drive efficiency and innovation at scale.
A bit about therole:
The COO Delivery & Performance Manager plays a pivotal role in driving delivery discipline performancetransparencyand execution momentum across the COO function. Working closely with the COO this role ensures priorities are clearly defined plans are cohesive progress is measurable and risks areidentifiedearly enabling strong visibility and control across technology transformationoperationsand outsourced services.
Acting asa central pointof orchestration the role aligns activity to strategic intent strengthens deliverycadenceand supports consistent performance management across internal teams and thirdparty partners. Responsibilities include supporting the development and execution of the functions strategy priorities and threeyear plan; leading the annual operating plan and budget process across Operations Technology and Transformation; partnering with Finance to set and track delivery against the financial plan; improving analysis and modelling of thirdparty costs; monitoring performance through dashboards scorecards and executive updates; coordinating the COO Leadership Teams agenda meetings and offsites; maintaining the organisations winddown planning process; and running the COO Leadership Team operating rhythm including escalation and resolution of critical issues to ensure timely informed decisionmaking.
Skills and experiencewerelooking for:
Ability to bring together complex information from multiple sources and communicate it clearly and confidently to senior stakeholders.
Experience in financial and budget management whether through ownership of a cost centre or supporting the delivery of largemultimillionpoundprogrammes with a focus on forecasting and delivery.
Good understanding of operational environments technology governance and transformation approaches within large or complex organisations.
Knowledge of the Investment Management industry including custodial and pooled fund structures alongside an awareness of relevant regulatory requirements.
Experience contributing to or working within largescale transformation initiatives or technology modernisation programmes.
