Job Summary

This is an exciting time to join an experienced and growing organisation and be part of our friendly supportive team.

We are looking to recruit a Senior Administrator to oversees day-to-day office operations providing high-level support to management helping with our external referral process and working as part of the front office team. You willensure efficiency manage complex calendars coordinate projects and act as a crucial liaison between Share Services and departments. The role requires strong organisational skills and proficient use of software likeMicrosoft office or Microsoft 365.



Main duties

Complete general administration duties to include taking messages dealing with correspondence monitoring mail boxes daily communications taking notes and maintaining relevant databases in timely fashion



  • To cover reception duties outside of receptionist hours/when the receptionist is absent
  • Ensure communal areas of Head Office are tidy stocked and secure at the end of each day maintenance health and safety issues are reported and the corrective actions taken as appropriate/directed
  • Order supplies/stationery/furniture and organise services in accordance with Procurement procedures and record in an agreed format
  • Support the resolution of external supply and service issues ensuring appropriate records are maintained
  • Provide administrative support for referrals and placements across the business (Education)
  • Complete the relevant administration communication and recording for all LAC reviews
  • Monitor all company polices to ensure a regular review of content is completed terminology and presentation is consistent and policies are easy to identify and access
  • Maintain company SharePoint adding information notices and documents as requested.
  • Support recruitment liaison with potential candidates prior to interview
  • Monitor the Insurance inbox and distribute to relevant staff or insurers as required
  • Control the Head Office petty cash
  • Record all lease agreements and property specific information and responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Head of Shared Services and Directors when required including projects and initiatives as directed by the Head of Shared Services
  • Archiving is completed regularly
