The Summer Student provide support to newcomers and assist their supervisor with program coordination.
Duties and Responsibilities
The main duties of the role include:
Provide intake assessment and case management.
Organize and coordinate group workshops and orientation sessions
Assist clients with settlement integration and accessing community resources
Performs administrative tasks data entry and program promotion
Facilitates community engagement and supports the Manager with program coordination
Qualifications/Experience
Fluency in English and French is required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Compassionate patient and respectful attitude towards the seniors.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
