• Support benchmarks for enterprise commodities at the best total valueregardingprices delivery quality and other considerations (e.g. partnership innovation etc.)

• Work withproduct teams to drive best practices in day to daypurchasingand strategic plans for assigned commodities

• Work with the commodity manager on feedback for strategic sourcing plan effectiveness and alignment with overall business strategy

• Provide insight on the overall results from the supply base

• Enhance and develop technical knowledge of commodities and industries in which suppliers operate

• A bachelors degree in business supply chain management finance or a related field

• Strong negotiation and vendor relationship management skills

• Understanding of material quality requirementsprocessesand procedures

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong computer skills and the ability to use Microsoft Office products

• Purchasing process and systems knowledge
