Role Overview: This role involves medication management and clinical support for inpatient patients by verifying orders monitoring therapy outcomes and ensuring safe evidencebased medication use. They collaborate closely with physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals to optimize treatment plans and prevent medication errors throughout the patients facility stay.
Requirements:
Shift: 5x8s Rotating schedule weekdays some weekends (every 3rd weekend). If working overnights 7 nights on 7 nights off.

Requirements:
- Flu Vaccine Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions and Declinations Allowed
- MUST HAVE VA LICENSE IN HAND AT THE TIME OF SUBMITTAL FIRM
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy Required.
- PharmD RPh required
- EPIC Charting Experience Required
- Skills/Experience Required: IV experience pain controlled analgesia antibiotics drug interactions order entry verify medication orders
- Skills/Experience Preferred: Chemo experience anticoagulants Pharmacokinetic Dosing Renal Dosing
- 1 Year Inpatient Pharmacy Experience Required.
- Travel Experience Preferred

- Overnight shifts: 7:30 PM 7:30 AM 8:30 PM 7:30 AM
