Senior Pricing Analyst

What Youll Do

• Lead end-to-end pricing initiatives from analysis and recommendation through implementation and performance evaluation.
• Analyze price elasticity demand patterns and cost structures to optimize pricing across products services channels and geographic markets.
• Develop pricing strategies and recommendations that balance company objectives with franchisee profitability and local market conditions.
• Monitor competitor pricing market trends and customer behavior to inform short- and long-term pricing strategy.
• Design and execute pricing tests and pilot programs interpreting results to refine pricing promotions and discount structures.
• Build and maintain competitive intelligence dashboards to track pricing gaps assortment positioning and market performance.
• Utilize statistical modeling automation tools and AI-powered analytics to accelerate analysis and uncover actionable insights.
• Partner cross-functionally with Merchandising Marketing Finance Sales E-Commerce and Franchise Operations teams to align pricing strategies.
• Conduct advanced analytics projects connecting pricing insights to assortment performance category trends and external demand signals.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to leadership supporting adoption through clear documentation and communication.

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business or a related field required.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in pricing analysis financial analysis or a comparable analytical role.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling pricing analytics Google Sheets and Excel.
• Experience working with Python R SQL or similar analytical tools preferred.
• Experience leveraging generative AI and LLM tools for analysis automation or workflow optimization.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI is preferred.
• Strong understanding of pricing methodologies market dynamics and cost structures.
• Experience with retail or merchandising analytics concepts such as assortment performance or category analysis preferred.
• Proven ability to manage complex analytical projects and translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Strong business acumen strategic thinking and excellent communication skills.
