Role summary:The Staff Product Manager will lead data-driven product initiatives by analyzing trends customer needs and business objectives to develop and execute effective product strategies. Our team oversees Operational and Health data across markets where Data Ventures products operate ensuring accurate sourcing and alignment with enterprise standards. We support consistent data use cases sustain client relationships and expand product offerings. Collaborating closely with cross-functional partners we maintain data integrity and drive product growth. Leveraging expertise in product strategy stakeholder management and data-driven decision-making the team enables informed product development and continuous improvement aligned with business goals. This collaborative environment fosters innovation and supports the delivery of impactful data-driven solutions.
What youll do:
- Develop and own product roadmaps prioritizing features and managing backlogs to align with business goals and customer needs.
- Analyze product and feature data to derive insights supporting data-driven decision-making and continuous product optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to communicate product vision strategy and progress effectively.
- Conduct customer research and journey mapping to identify pain points and improve product experiences.
- Drive product development lifecycle activities including MVP creation testing and iterative enhancements.
- Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to inform product innovation and competitive positioning.
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment and manage dependencies to ensure timely delivery of product initiatives.

The annual salary range for this position is $110000.00 - $220000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
