What You Will Do:
This leadership role within Guidehouses Defense & Security Segment is responsible for overseeing client delivery expanding client relationships and driving business development efforts across the Department of the Army.

The Associate Director will work closely with Guidehouse leaders across the Defense & Security Sector and with technology-enabled practitioners to identify and pursue new opportunities ensure high-quality delivery and support the development and mentorship of practitioners within the Defense and Intelligence practice.

What You Will Need:

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TOP SECRET with SCI (TS/SCI) Federal or DoD security clearance

• Bachelor degree

• EIGHT (8) years of experience in a leadership capacity supporting DoD or Intelligence Community federal customers

• Well-rounded leadership skills to provide strategic analytical and operational direction to teams

• Strong communication and program management skills and the ability to operate proactively and independently within dynamic and unstructured environments
