This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about maintaining high standards leading a team and creating a clean welcoming environment for residents guests and Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department. This includes ensuring cleanliness standards are consistently met supporting and coaching team members and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Wage Range: $26 - $27 / hour depending on experience.

We are located near the cities of Cottage Grove Inver Grove Heights South St. Paul Rosemount Woodbury and Prescott Wisconsin.

Housekeeping Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Supervision over both housekeepers and laundry aides
• Order inventories linens supplies and chemicals and all supplies for facility cleaning
• Assigns and schedules housekeepers
• Assist in cleaningresident rooms restrooms day rooms and dining rooms which may include dusting vacuuming washing and trash removal.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

• 1-year experience in housekeeping and healthcare setting required.
• Supervisory/Management experience preferred.
• Ability to work a consistent schedule.
• Enjoys working independently and as a team player.
• Desire to create relationships with residents and staff.
