Senior Site Manager - Dublin City

Our client a Tier 1 construction company is delivering some of Dublins most high-profile residential and commercial projects including Irelands tallest upcoming buildings. This is a rare opportunity to be part of landmark developments that are reshaping the Dublin skyline.

Projects are primarily based across Dublin City with a strong focus on high-rise residential schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversaw daily site activities including supervision of labour resources and coordination of specialist subcontractors.
Assisted the project team in tracking construction progress and achieving key programme milestones.
Ensured all works were carried out to required quality standards and in line with project specifications.
Enforced full compliance with Health & Safety legislation and internal company procedures across site operations.
Developed and maintained strong working relationships with the supply chain and subcontractors to support effective site delivery and a positive working environment.

Requirements:

Third level degree or strong trades background
Previous Site Management experienceis required
