Job Summary

They are looking for a Corporate Services Administrator a detail-oriented and proactive professional who thrives in structured environments enjoys working with international clients and understands the importance of compliance and operational excellence.
This is not a purely administrative role. Its a position at the intersection of client management corporate administration and regulatory compliance.
What Youll Do
Manage and administer corporate structures across multiple jurisdictions.
Ensure full compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards.
Maintain direct communication with international clients.
Coordinate with internal teams and external providers.
Handle client invoicing and follow up on outstanding payments.
Monitor client portfolios and report on collection status.
Support KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) processes in line with local and international regulations.
What Were Looking For
Advanced English level (C1) mandatory.
3 years of experience in corporate services fiduciary or legal environments
Hands-on experience managing international clients and corporate structures.
Solid exposure to compliance frameworks (KYC / AML).
Portuguese (intermediate) a plus.
