They are looking for a Infrastructure Engineer (L2 Support) a technical profile with a solid infrastructure background and strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex incidents across applications and platforms.
This is not a development role. Its a position focused on advanced technical support (L2) infrastructure and deep system analysis working on critical systems within a high-impact environment.
What Youll Do
Participate in the resolution of technical incidents escalated from Level 1 support.
Collaborate in diagnosing performance issues across applications and databases.
Analyze logs metrics and alerts using monitoring and observability tools.
Work alongside Infrastructure and Architecture teams to identify root causes.
Document incidents diagnostics and solutions as part of the teams knowledge base.
What Were Looking For
2 years of experience in technical support (L2) systems engineering or infrastructure roles.
Academic background in Infrastructure Systems Engineering IT or Computer Science (degree completed or in progress - not abandoned).
Solid understanding of:
Infrastructure environments (on-premise and/or cloud)
Linux and/or Windows Server
Networking fundamentals services processes and logs
Basic knowledge of scripting or programming (for analysis and troubleshooting not development).
Experience or familiarity with databases (ideally SQL Server).
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
Interest in monitoring observability and performance analysis.
Nice to Have
Experience with monitoring tools (e.g. Dynatrace Datadog Grafana etc.)
Exposure to financial systems or Core Banking platforms.
