Bachelors in Any Health-Related Field

Required Years of Experience

Minimum 3 years experience related to Military Health Care

Required Certifications

Licensed Vocational/Practitioner Nurse (LVN/LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)

Wits Solutions is looking for a Nurse Case Managers to join our team supporting our DoD Customers Case/Care Management requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plans and performs specialized and advanced medical case management services.
• Oversees preparation advises and reviews all packets for accuracy and completeness prior to signing and forwarding to the next level in each system.
• Responsible for the preparation and management of Reserve Component Managed Care (RCMC) cases.

Required Skills Qualifications and Experience:

• Licensed Vocational/Practitioner Nurse (LVN/LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)
• Minimum 3 years experience related to Military Health Care
• Knowledge experience and skills in providing case management to patients and their families while assisting the patients social adjustment.
• Must be proficient in MS office suite and general administrative duties.
• Be a US Citizen and possess a valid drivers license.
• Successfully complete a government background check
• Comply with employers work standards and policies.

Desired Skills Qualifications and Experience

Using modules within MEDCHART and MEDPRO.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to sit at computer for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift at least twenty pounds.
