• End-to-end Microsoft Power Platform delivery experience (Power Apps Power Automate Power BI Dataverse)
• 6 years of software development experience
• Power BI with data modeling expertise
  (DAX/M complex reporting)
• Programming background for integrations
  (.NET/C# Python Java etc.)
• Experience with APIs and system integrations
• Strong communication skills (stakeholder-facing)

• Experience in regulated or infrastructure-heavy industries
  (utilities energy government healthcare)
• Building chatbots using Power Virtual Agents
• Exposure to AI/ML or Copilot integrations

Position Responsibilities:

As a Power Platform Developer you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering innovative scalable business solutions. You will leverage your expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and analytical skills to digitize processes automate tasks and optimize existing workflows. Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing building configuring testing deploying and maintaining solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate Power Virtual Agents Dataverse Power BI etc.)
• Developing reusable components scripts and frameworks to automate manual administrative processes
• Partnering with Business Analysts and stakeholders to analyze business needs and identify automation and improvement opportunities
• Documenting technical designs release notes and supporting development and operational processes for applications
• Creating advanced Power BI reports using DAX or M integrating multiple data sources
• Collaborating with internal teams and third parties during product development and QA
• Deploying projects and supporting day-to-day operations by resolving technical issues
• Contributing to Power Platform standards governance and best practices
• Collecting interpreting and analyzing business data to provide actionable insights
• Staying current on technology trends and best practices
• Providing project estimations and communicating updates on status risks and milestones
• Developing Virtual Agents for scalable tasks
• Performing additional tasks as assigned

Essential Skills Experience

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT MIS Engineering or related field
• At least four years of relevant software engineering or development experience preferably involving Microsoft Power Platform or similar low-code/no-code platforms
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps Power Automate Power Virtual Agents Dataverse and Power BI
• Programming/development experience in R Python C# or Visual Basic especially for automation or integration projects
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and data modeling concepts with ability to build complex reports
• Demonstrated skill in solving complex problems debugging and root cause analysis
• General understanding of APIs command line operations client-server architecture networks and (S)FTP communications
• Experience interpreting business process workflow diagrams and procedural documentation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Self-motivated inquisitive and adaptive mindset
• Exposure to machine learning and AI concepts (plus)
• Valid drivers license required

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in both office and field environments
• Flexibility to work extended or irregular hours (evenings weekends holidays)
