Job Description:Operates and monitors computerized building control systems and maintains facility/plant systems and equipment. Independently performs major repairs/installations on a wide variety of complex building systems and equipment

Education:
Building systems Technician certificate
Licenses:
Power Engineering license pursuant to the boiler & pressure vessels safety Act.
Valid class 5 drivers license
Other Education and Training:
- 5th Class Engineering certificate as required by the Boiler and Pressure Vessels Safety Act.
- Pool operator certificate where required
- Refrigeration Engineer certificate where required by the job
Refrigeration Plant operator certificate where required by the job

- Knowledge of tools and equipment
- Ability to work independently
Additional Requirement:
Available for on call at nights/Stats/weekends.
