Compensation: 180-200/k 15% bonus

Job Description:

Finance Director is accountable for driving profitable growth with a heavy focus on Revenue Growth Management. This role partners closely with Sales Sales Strategy and Marketing to set pricing strategy trade guardrails pressure-test commercial assumptions and ensure investments translate into incremental volume and healthy margins.

In addition the Finance Director will ensure the alignment of these operating revenue metrics within the overall corporate profitability model owning annual planning monthly/quarterly forecasting long-range planning management reporting KPI architecture and the operating cadence that keeps leaders aligned on performance risks and tradeoffs. This role will build the processes models and governance that enable timely visibility into where the business is headed and support decisive proactive course correction.

This is a high-visibility high-impact leadership role with direct influence on revenue profitability and enterprise-wide planning and decision-making.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelors degree required; degree in Finance preferred.
• Candidates should bring 812 years of experience in CPG Sales Finance Revenue Growth Management (RGM) FP&A or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite is required with experience in data visualization tools such as Power BI strongly preferred.
