The Pay & Perks

Start Strong: $20.00 $25.00 per hour (depending on what you bring to the table).
Level Up Bonus: $1200 Sign-On Bonus (paid after your first 90 days).

What Youll Be Doing

Field Ops: Use sensors thermal cameras and heavy-duty extraction gear to dry out properties.
Controlled Demo: Get hands-on with tools to remove damaged materials (drywall flooring etc.).
Tech-Forward: Use our mobile apps to document the before and after and track moisture levels.
Be the Hero: Provide a sense of calm to stressed-out homeowners while you stabilize their property.

What Were Looking For

A Drivers License: Youll need a clean record to drive our (very cool) green trucks.
Physicality: Youre someone who likes to stay active. Lifting 50 lbs is part of the gig.
The On-Call Hustle: Disasters dont stick to a 9-to-5. We work on a rotation to handle emergencies.
Growth Mindset: If youre coachable well pay for your IICRC Certificationsmeaning you get professional credentials on our dime.
