Pay: $20.60 Hourly

Schedule:

• Sunday and Monday 2200 - 0600
• Flex opportunities available

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients visitors and staff by carrying out security-related procedures location-specific policies and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner while documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility including hallways parking areas entrances and perimeter locations as working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by observing visitor activity verifying permitted access and reporting unusual behavior.
• Support a professional healthcare environment by assisting with de-escalation directing foot traffic and communicating clearly with staff patients and emergency personnel as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Security experience of at least 6 months is required.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
