Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

Become a Key Player as a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

You will support the organizations inbound and outbound logistics to ensure shipments are processed accurately and on time. You will work onsite in Simi Valley CA on a first shift schedule (M-F 8:00am4:30pm) and interact with internal teams carriers and export partners to keep freight moving and records current.

Heres How Youll Make an Impact on the Team

• Verify and maintain records for incoming and outgoing shipments
• Create shipping documentation including packing lists bills of lading and address labels for outbound shipments
• Secure identify and maintain inventory accessibility for authorized personnel
• Coordinate outbound freight with carriers and audit export shipments (AES international shipping)
• Confirm delivery completion in the business system and communicate status to stakeholders
• Support traffic logistics coordination and contract administration
• Follow safety policies and procedures and meet production schedules and deadlines
• Provide regular consistent and punctual attendance; may work nights weekends or additional hours as required

Heres What Youll Need to Be Successful in This Role

• Dangerously good experience in shipping & receiving operations
• Customer portal experience and team planner proficiency
• AES international shipping experience
• 02 years of relevant experience (12 years indicated as required)
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational training or apprenticeships a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail organizational skills and ability to prioritize
• Good interpersonal verbal and written communication skills

Pay Range
