Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Oncology Registered Nurse (RN) to join a busy outpatient gynecologic oncology practice in Atlanta GA. This role requires strong clinical expertise in oncology care excellent patient management skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to oncology patients in an outpatient setting
• Administer treatments and medications in accordance with established protocols
• Monitor patient conditions assess treatment responses and report changes appropriately
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans side effects and follow-up care
• Coordinate care with physicians specialists and support staff
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards

Minimum Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (State of Georgia or compact state)
• Minimum 2 years of recent oncology nursing experience
• AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification Required
• AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification Required
• Oncology Nursing Certification (ONC/OCN) Required
• Strong communication critical thinking and organizational skills
