Position Summary
We are seeking a Full-Time Athletic Trainer (ATC) to join our outpatient orthopedic pediatric clinic. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who is passionate about working with pediatric and adolescent patients in a collaborative physician-led environment. The Athletic Trainer will support orthopedic providers assist with patient care and contribute to high-quality clinical operations in a daytime weekday-only setting.

- Day shift (no evenings weekends or holidays)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist orthopedic physicians and clinical staff during patient visits and procedures
- Perform patient intake documentation and clinical flow coordination
- Apply and remove orthopedic devices (casts splints braces boots slings)
- Provide patient and family education on injury care treatment plans and rehabilitation protocols
- Support post-operative care brace fitting and functional assessments
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
- Serve as a clinical liaison between providers patients families and therapy services
- Ensure a safe efficient and patient-centered clinic environment
- Comply with all clinic policies safety standards and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Athletic Training
- Current BOC certification (ATC)
- Eligible for or holding state licensure (as required)
- CPR/AED certification
- Experience or strong interest in pediatrics and orthopedics preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outpatient clinical setting
