Position Summary

We are seeking a Full-Time Athletic Trainer (ATC) to join our outpatient orthopedic pediatric clinic. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who is passionate about working with pediatric and adolescent patients in a collaborative physician-led environment. The Athletic Trainer will support orthopedic providers assist with patient care and contribute to high-quality clinical operations in a daytime weekday-only setting.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• MondayFriday
• Day shift (no evenings weekends or holidays)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist orthopedic physicians and clinical staff during patient visits and procedures
• Perform patient intake documentation and clinical flow coordination
• Apply and remove orthopedic devices (casts splints braces boots slings)
• Provide patient and family education on injury care treatment plans and rehabilitation protocols
• Support post-operative care brace fitting and functional assessments
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
• Serve as a clinical liaison between providers patients families and therapy services
• Ensure a safe efficient and patient-centered clinic environment
• Comply with all clinic policies safety standards and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Athletic Training
• Current BOC certification (ATC)
• Eligible for or holding state licensure (as required)
• CPR/AED certification
• Experience or strong interest in pediatrics and orthopedics preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outpatient clinical setting
