Key Responsibilities Include:
Accelerate RYBREVANT Growth Through Professional Education: Execute a professional education strategy translating clinical differentiation into compelling HCP engagement programs that support brand objectives.
Innovate & Advance Medical Education Strategy and Tactics: Manage and continuously optimize a portfolio of medical education tactics including speaker bureau content conference programming and evolving peer-to-peer initiatives using insights and metrics to evolve approaches and maximize reach and impact.
Lead Agency Relationships and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the day-to-day strategic lead for medical education agency partners while collaborating closely with commercial medical and field teams obtaining actionable insights aligning stakeholders and delivering programs that are compliant on-brand and on budget.
Qualifications:
Required:
A minimum of a Bachelors degree is required; MBA or advanced degree in related field is helpful.
A minimum of 5 years of work experience with 2 years in marketing sales sales learning and development healthcare professional sales leadership and/or commercial insight strategy experienceand/or experience in a qualified leadership development program
Experience with project management
Healthcare experience or pharmaceutical industry knowledge
Ability to travel up to 25% which may include overnights and weekend travel.
Preferred:
Experience in field sales preferred
