Job Summary
Bob Maxey Lincoln is expanding their Quick Lube Center due to high demand and is in search of a career oriented individual to join our world class luxury service team. Candidates that are currently attending higher education college or trade school with an automotive curriculum would be a terrific match. Our aggressive career training path will have the right individual earning top dollar in a short period of time. Our parts and service teams are set up with proven processes that enable our teams to become successful.
Prospective candidate should have excellent attention to detail organized and willing to learn. Must have a valid drivers license reliable transportation punctual and have their own tools to perform the everyday responsibilities of a lube tech. Experience preferred not necessary we will train the right candidate that shows the desire to become a full lead mechanic.

Compensation

Job Type: Full-time
- Work in our Quick Lube department
- Perform oil changes and tire rotations
- Repair passenger car and light truck tires
- Install mount and balance passenger car and light truck tire
- Brake system inspections
- Learn proper steering and suspension inspections
- Learn proper under body inspections
- Learn appropriate maintenance intervals
- Preparing additional repair estimates
- Recommending future maintenance needs
