Project Coordinator

Our client is seeking motivated professionals to join their team in a Code Check / Project Coordinator Trainee role. This full-time opportunity offers Monday Friday hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM a business casual work environment and a starting pay range of $18.00$20.00/hour based on experience. This position is ideal for someone who wants to begin in code checks while building toward a long-term career path in project coordination.

This is an excellent opportunity for a college graduate or detail-oriented professional who enjoys research organization and problem-solving while working in a growing and supportive office environment.

Job Duties:

• Perform code checks and research related requirements for projects
• Review documents specifications and project details for accuracy and compliance
• Use phone email and internet resources to gather necessary information
• Maintain organized records and project files
• Assist with project scheduling tracking and updates
• Support project coordinators with administrative and clerical tasks
• Communicate with internal teams municipalities vendors and clients as needed
• Help manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
• Learn company systems and processes for future advancement opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Word Outlook and Adobe Acrobat
• Experience or interest in project management or inventory management preferred
• Motivated self-starter with a proactive attitude
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule when needed
