About the Opportunity
Were opening an Expression of Interest (EOI) for our mid-year intake of Junior Consultants focused on building capability in software testing and quality engineering.
This is an entry point into consulting at KJR designed for individuals who are early in their careers and ready to learn contribute and grow in a fast-paced client-facing environment.
As a Junior Consultant you will:
- Work on real client engagements alongside experienced consultants
- Build foundational skills in software testing quality engineering and delivery
- Gain exposure to modern tools frameworks and enterprise environments
- Learn how to operate in a consulting and stakeholder-driven setting
- Be supported through structured learning and on-the-job development
What Were Looking For
We hire for mindset as much as skill.
- Interest in technology software testing or IT delivery
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Curiosity and willingness to learn quickly
- Ability to work in a team and adapt in client environments
- Relevant degree certification or project experience (preferred but not essential)
Eligibility (Mandatory Requirements)
- Australian Citizenship is required
- Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearances where required
