• Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
• Author detailed product requirements and user stories; collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering UX QA and Marketing to ensure successful execution.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Support teams to enable successful customer adoption including creating training material and supporting key customer engagements.
• Drive product positioning and go-to-market plans in collaboration with Marketing ensuring consistent messaging and value articulation.
• Mentor and guide junior product managers or cross-functional contributors fostering a strong product-thinking culture.
• Act as a product expert in executive briefings customer sessions trade shows and conferences.
• Stay up to date with competitive product landscapes technological advancements and evolving customer needs.

• At least 5 years of experience in product management within an enterprise software or SaaS environment with 2 years in a senior-level role preferred.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies.
• Demonstrated success in launching and managing innovative scalable products.
• Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Excellent communication storytelling and presentation skills comfortable influencing across levels and departments.
• Technical background or strong technical fluency especially in networking enterprise IT or telecommunications.
• Ability to collaborate and lead in a matrixed cross-functional team environment.
• Strong prioritization analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field; graduate degree is a plus.
• Android Mac OS X Linux and Windows Server experience a plus
  Completion of Pragmatic Marketing (now Pragmatic Institute) training is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events; valid passport required.
