Job Summary
POSITION SUMMARY:The Receptionist/Patient Accounts Representative (Receptionist/PAR) functions as an intermediary between staff patients peers and visitors. The Receptionist/PAR is responsible for maintaining the organization of the medical office by performing various administrative and clerical tasks essential to the provision of efficient and effective care. The Receptionist/PAR is also responsible for the registration of new patients insurance verification and account & EXPERIENCE:High school diploma or equivalent requiredExperience counting money accurately requiredExperience as a receptionist patient account representative or similar role preferredQUALIFICATIONS:Strong discretion and ability to handle confidential informationComposure in fastpaced highpressure environmentsWillingness and ability to learn new technologiesDependable punctual and highly detailorientedStrong multitasking and independentwork capabilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAccurate documentation skillsAbility to follow established workflows consistentlyWORK SCHEDULE:Rotating schedule. (36 hours per week)Week One: Tuesday Wednesday Thursday 7:00AM - 7: Two: Monday and Friday 7:00AM - 7:00PM Saturday 9:00AM - 3:00PM and Sunday 12:30PM - 5:30PM
