The Creative Content Coordinator elevates the Districts visual brand and storytelling through high-quality graphic design video production and strategic content development. This position translates District priorities into visual storytelling and multimedia strategies leads the design and creative execution of districtwide campaigns and creates compelling stories that highlight students and staff.
Postition Criteria:
Bachelors degree in graphic design multimedia production marketing or related field required
Minimum of 2 years of professional design or multimedia experience
Support strategic campaigns by contributing creative concepts visuals and storytelling approaches that help achieve District marketing and communications goals
Produce shoot and edit high-quality videos that showcase the student experience including academic programs activities events and districtwide initiatives
Design a wide range of print and digital materials aligned with District priorities as determined by the Executive Director of Communications including booklets signage infographics presentations and other materials
Create digital assets for the website newsletters and social media
Capture photo and video content across the district
Develop and maintain template libraries and creative toolkits to support District initiatives
Publish content on social media using best practices to maximize reach and engagement
Continuously research and apply emerging trends in video design and social media to keep content relevant and effective
Identify opportunities to highlight student/staff achievement and District programs in creative ways
Ensure all creative work aligns with District branding accessibility standards and quality expectations
Skills & Competencies:
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign Photoshop Premiere Pro)
Strong understanding of branding layout digital design and ADA accessibility standards
Proficiency in videography and editing software
Ability to manage multiple creative projects with competing deadlines
Strong conceptual and creative thinking skills
Excellent attention to detail organization and communication skills
Social media management experience preferred
Additional details:
Frequent travel to district buildings and events
Some evening or weekend hours may be required
