Who are we looking for

Were looking for a Business Development & Marketing Coordinator to join our Admin Managementand provide administrative support to South Queensland Regions Business Development & Marketing Team and Market Leaders across the following core areas: Marketing & Communications Markets & Clients and Opportunities & Bids.

Working with an energetic and high performing team this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:

  • Monitor and distribute tender alerts from various industry sources and provide associated follow up support including uploading and downloading of key opportunities
  • Provide administrative support to BDM team on select key pursuits/bids
  • Assist with internal and external event logistics including but not limited to booking events maintaining registers of attendance assisting with coordination etc
  • Assist with maintaining and distributing APAC events calendar
  • Provide admin support to tasks associated with recruitment of key client RMs & KCCs
  • Assist with maintaining and reporting on client engagement activities/information within Salesforce etc
  • Assist with preparation and maintenance of marketing collateral
  • Assist with maintaining and reporting on opportunities within Salesforce
  • Assist with maintaining proposal content library

What you will bring to the team:

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience where performance has met/exceeded expectation
  • Experience with administration support roles preferably in professional services industry
  • Advanced skills with MS Office (esp. Outlook Word & PowerPoint) Adobe Suite and Salesforce

This job can be based in Makati Quezon City or Cebu.
