The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to take ownership of an established client portfolio while also playing a key role in driving new business growth.
Youll be responsible for building long-term client relationships increasing revenue through upselling and cross-selling and generating new opportunities through outbound activity and cold calling. This is a hybrid role that blends account management with a strong focus on new business development.
You wont be required to bring an existing client base but you should be confident in identifying and winning new business alongside managing current accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow relationships within an established portfolio of MSP clients
Identify and deliver upsell and cross-sell opportunities across IT cloud and cyber security services
Act as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
Conduct regular client reviews to uncover growth opportunities
Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver tailored solutions
Drive new business through outbound outreach and cold calling
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities across Bradford and the wider UK market
What Were Looking For
Experience in account management within an MSP or IT services environment
Strong commercial mindset with a proven track record of revenue generation
Comfortable with cold calling and proactive business development
Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts while developing new opportunities
Self-motivated proactive and target-driven
