Ballys Chicago is a $1.7 billion integrated resort rising along the Chicago River. 500 hotel rooms 50000 square feet of convention space a 3000-seat entertainment venue and a meetings and conventions campus unlike anything the downtown Chicago market has ever seen. We are looking for a VP of Convention Sales to build the group business foundation for one of the most consequential hospitality openings in Chicagos history. Not to inherit it. Not to manage it. To create it from vision to strategy to pipeline to team before the first guest ever walks through the door.

What You Will Own:

• Operations and Compliance
• Full pre-opening sales strategy for group and convention business
• Team development account targeting and pipeline creation from day one
• Revenue strategy and booking pace across corporate association medical and citywide markets
• Strategic partnerships with Choose Chicago DMCs MPI PCMA and key industry intermediaries
