Product Support Intern

Job Summary:
Gain valuable experience as a paid intern working with the Trihydro. This position is responsible for working with the software product support team to provide help-desk support to software customers through a variety of tasks. Duties will include working with Trihydros support ticket system Samanage to track record and manage customer needs. Applicants must be in pursuit of a bachelors degree in computer science software support software development database management or IT business and possess a desire to learn about the software industry. Preferred applicants will have customer support experience.

This is a part-time non-benefited internship position with flexible hours. Currently enrolled junior senior and graduate students are encouraged to apply.

Summary pay range: $18-$20/hour
