Job Summary

Reporting to the Director of Alumni Engagement the Assistant Director will be responsible for helping cultivate an engaged community of Questrom School of Business alumni to establish a robust structural framework for data-informed alumni engagement. Core functions will include designing collecting and analyzing key metrics to evaluate the success of alumni engagement initiatives providing a data-informed perspective on engagement levels and supporting the planning and execution of targeted collaboration with the Director the Assistant Director will oversee/plan alumni events including regional virtual alumni weekend and collaborative events with other campus partners that involve Questrom alumni.

Required Skills

Bachelors Degree with a minimum 4 years of experience in higher education non-profit or a similar work setting.
Experience in data management and analysis with the ability to work with large datasets and use data to inform decisions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Google Suite with the ability to learn new software quickly and effectively.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks assess priorities and track details in a fast-paced environment.
High emotional intelligence with strong event management organizational and administrative skills.
Excellent communication analytical and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
Demonstrated success in creating and implementing engagement programs.
Strong commitment to diversity equity and inclusion in all interactions and the ability to navigate and understand the needs and motivations of diverse individuals.
Open to feedback with the flexibility to pivot when needed.
Evening and weekend work required as needed.
