Vice President People and CultureBusiness Partners
The VicePresident People and Culture Business Partners is a strategic leaderaccountable for driving the execution of People Culture priorities andoperational effectiveness across business operations in over 25 states andcounting. This role collaborates closely with executive and senior leadershipto ensure people strategies are aligned with business goals elevatesorganizational performance and fosters our mission of bringing Heart Healthand Humanity to food. The position leads initiatives focused on enhancing teammember engagement advancing leadership capability strengthening talentpipelines and optimizing workforce performance while maintaining rigorouscompliance and risk management standards across all locations. Overseeing ateam of People Culture professionals this leader develops scalable programsand solutions that enable business growth improves the Team Member experienceand empowers leaders to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role reportsdirectly to the SVP People Culture.

WhatYoull Do:
Developrefine and execute PC strategies that align with operational and businessobjectives.
Leadcoach and develop a team of PC leaders and Business Partners to ensure theirroles and responsibilities are clear executed effectively and they are giventhe necessary support and resources to be successful.
Leadyour team in setting standards for excellence that deliver strategic supportthat includes workforce planning org design employee relations andsuccession planning.
Driveaccountability and provide ongoing visibility into progress of execution of businessobjectives across the organization.
Proactivelysupport and mitigate risk related to policies practices and employeerelations while maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance.
Overseeworkforce planning strategies and partner with Talent Acquisition to supporthigh-volume and strategic hiring needs.
Promotea culture of continuous learning accountability and professional growth thatequips leaders with the skills and capabilities needed to succeed in afast-paced hospitality environment.
Buildstrong partnerships with executive and senior leadership to serve as a trustedadvisor and align PC initiatives with operational priorities.
Collaboratewith key cross-functional partners across the enterprise such as OperationsLegal Talent Acquisition TotalRewards Benefits and Finance to drive business objectives to success.
Provideongoing guidance and coaching to senior leadership on escalated people issueschange management and culture-building efforts.
Maintaincontinuous lines of communication keeping the SVP People Culture and ChiefPeople Officer informed of all critical issues that may arise.
Proactivelyutilize data analytics and insights to inform decisions track trends andidentify opportunities for enhancement.
Ensurecompliance with federal state and local employment laws while championing apositive and inclusive workplace culture that drives team member engagementretention and performance.
The Qualifications:
Education & Experience10years of progressive HR/Peopleleadership experience with 5 years in senior leadership roles includingoversight of both HR Business Partners and Employee Relations functions.
Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources Business or a related discipline required; Mastersdegree or MBA preferred.
SPHRor SHRM-SCP Human ResourcesSPHR or SHRM-SCP preferred.
Experiencesupporting across the HR suite including recruiting talent planningorganizational design employment relations employment compliance andlearning development.
Experienceleading HR strategy for multi-unit hospitality or field-based organizations withgeographically dispersed operations including high-volume hiring workforceplanning and frontline team member engagement.
Provenability to partner with executive leadership and senior leadership to shapeorganizational strategy and workforce planning.
Demonstratedsuccess leading enterprise HR initiatives aligned with business growth andprofitability goals.
Experiencedriving engagement and culture transformation across geographically dispersedteams.
Demonstratedability to manage highly sensitive and confidential information with soundjudgment discretion and integrity while advising executive leadership oncomplex employee and organizational matters.
Comfortableoperating in fast-paced high-growth environments with evolving priorities.
Exceptionalcommunication facilitation and change leadership skills.
Detail-orientedwith sound judgement including strong organizational and project managementabilities.
Excellentwriting and oral communication skills and the ability to constructivelyefficiently and collegially collaborate with business partners seniorleadership and executives.
Mustbe responsive proactive and a self-starter capable of taking projects tocompletion and problem-solving along the way.
Willingto work flexibly (including at night and on weekends as necessary) and totravel as needed.
