Assistant Maintenance Planner

Maintenance Management

Create job plans for all Equipment in standard format and upload in CMMSMAXIMO.
Maintain functional location records of equipment reference to P&ID document.
Establish Maintenance programs and monitor effectiveness in line with inspection frequencies in WAGPA Regulations.
Review and establish maintenance records for new equipment in the System.
Analyze equipment components with OEM and facility handover package and carry out updates to records as required.
Monitors PM & CM Weekly Plans and track Schedule Compliance.

System Administration

Periodic system audit to ensure data integrity.
Track Workorders status for downtime labor tracking materials and completion.
Assist in generating various maintenance report from MAXIMO.
Act as Alternate Systems Administrator for CMMS MAXIMO and INFOVIEW Business Object reporting Tool.

Asset Register and Equipment Global Fields

Update Equipment Specifications and parameters in compliance with Reliability OEMS Standard.
Cross-reference equipment manufacturers part numbers with vendor part/item numbers.
Setup bins for parts storage when appropriate.

Schedule Compliance

Receive weekly maintenance plan and schedule same in MAXIMO-CMMS.
Verifies all material information tools and Labour are available prior to scheduling.
Match completed work orders to materials requests.
Track all Schedule Break-ins across field locations.
Prepare weekly Schedule compliance (percentage job completion according to schedule).

Other Duties

Function as field and vacation support for Engineering and Maintenance team.
Support the Materials Management team in Maximo stock take (Cycle count) tracking.
Any other duties that may be assigned

Working Experience and Educational/Academic Background
A BSc. /HND in Engineering Computer Science or related discipline with 3years of Plant Maintenance experience managing/utilizing/supporting Computerized Maintenance Management Systems. Working knowledge of CMMS preferably in MAXIMO SAP-PM or PRIMEVERA with proven competency managing Master Data as well as Transitional data. Awareness/Knowledge of EP/Gas Pipeline operations process management and Production and Maintenance Operations. Familiar with MIE processes and procedures or the ability to learn quickly.
