What youll be doing

As an Android Developer in the Consumer Growth team youll play a key role in shaping how new users discover join and engage with Satispay collaborating deeply with backend engineers product owners and UX designers to scale our community. Heres what your day-to-day will look like:

• Create impactful mobile experiences: Develop and implement innovative native Android applications to enhance user engagement with a specific focus on fluid onboarding flows and activation features.

• Collaborate within a team: Work closely with product managers UX designers and backend engineers to integrate and refine features ensuring cohesive mobile solutions.

• Focus on users: Leverage technical skills to address user pain points and enhance the overall experience. Collaborate with data analysts on A/B tests to maximize user experience and drive growth.

• Drive continuous improvement: Play a key role in the iterative development process creating new user-centric features like referral programs or campaigns to keep our offerings cutting-edge.

• Ensure excellence: Maintain high standards for coding performance and security contributing to the reliability of our Android applications and ensuring robust client-side authentication.

• Relevant educational background: You have a degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or a related field.

• Android development experience: You have at least 2 years of hands-on experience building and shipping high-quality native applications using Kotlin Android SDK and Jetpack Compose. You have a strong grasp of MVI Coroutines and Flows.

• Eagerness to grow: You are looking for an environment where you can take on meaningful responsibility while absorbing knowledge from senior engineers.

• Structured communication: You are able to communicate in a structured and convincing manner building trust positively and professionally with various stakeholders.

• Passion and adaptability: You are passionate about FinTech or startup environments and ready to adapt as we grow.

• Language proficiency: You are fluent in English both written and spoken.

Initial salary: Starting from 38000 gross per annum
This baseline is set using objective gender-neutral criteria for the roles core requirements. However we do not believe in putting a ceiling on talent. The final compensation package is tailored according to your unique experience and expertise.
