Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add a/an Sr IE Engineer located in Zhuhai.

Reporting to the IE manager the Sr. IE Engineer role involves

What a typical day looks like:

• Setup maintain and optimize projects IE database of time study line balance and H/C configuration etc
• 项目工时人力标配产线平衡率等IE基础数据体系的建立维护和改善
• Design production line layoutmaterial flow ready line set-up schedule and drive team to meet timely;
• 设计生产线布局及其物流制定产线建线计划并统筹各部门如期完成
• Production line capacity analysis equipment/fixture demand and HC demand forecast and planning;
• 生产线产能分析设备夹具及人力需求评估
• Manage machine utilization(OEE&LU) Direct labor utilization(DL-E) coordinate team to take actions and drive performance improvement;
• 设备效率和人员效率的评估和改善推进
• NPI support for layout and material flow design optimization. And push process improvement and station balance to meet target UPH and HC configuration;
• NPI 导入和跟进负责产线布局设计调整和优化积极推动流程改善和工位的平衡调整 达到设定目标UPH和人力配置
• Continue improvement driving and pushing through IE method and tools to save cost and improve efficiency;
• 通过应用IE方法和工具推动持续改进消除浪费节约成本提升效率

The experience were looking to add to our team:

• At least 5 years work experiences in IE or related Engineering. Give first priority if work experience focus on assembly process of medium size product or above such as vacuum cleaner printer.
• 5年以上工业工程或相关工程领域工作经验优先考虑具备中大型产品组装车间IE服务经验如吸尘器打印机;
• Be good at English reading writing listening and speaking;
• 具备良好的英文读写听说能力;
• Have a good command of office software and Auto CAD;
• 精通办公软件和Auto CAD;
• Rich experience in lean improvement;
• 具备丰富的精益改善经验 ;
• Responsibility positive working attitude; Good teamwork player;
• 有责任心工作态度积极端正具备良好的团队合作精神
