The Role: Site Manager

As our SiteManager youll run the show at our customer distribution center managing daily operations drivers and supervisors to keep freight moving safely and efficiently.

What Youll Do:

• Lead & develop a team of drivers supervisors and support staff

• Oversee daily yard operations scheduling and safety compliance

• Partner with customer transportation teams on planning & execution

• Monitor equipment safety and compliance (DOT/FMCSA)

• Handle driver hiring onboarding and performance management

• Drive efficiency improvements and keep operations on track

What Were Looking For:

• Hands-on transportation/yard management experience

• Strong leadership & communication skills

• Proven ability to manage teams and improve efficiency

• Comfortable making decisions under pressure

• Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office yard management systems)
